After the year we’ve had… we all deserve all the goodness we can get- so bring on the wedding planning! Choosing a limousine for your wedding can be confusing- there is so much to consider! So start here. When in doubt, email us and we can guide you.
1- Consider the Number of Passengers
Of course, we have the wedding couple. There’s 2! And, of course, you may want to add your wedding party, which could even include your flower girl and ring bearer. Okay, that’s adding a lot of people! But, don’t forget the photographer- you may want to ask your photographer(s) if they are planning to tag along in the limo, or drive separately.
If you are looking to have up to 8, consider the stretch Town Cars. They are classic and affordable, and a staple to any wedding. Have more than 8? No worries, we have SUVs, too, that hold 14 passengers with our black stretch SUV, or 18 with our most popular wedding limousine, the white SUV. If you’ve just simply outgrown the limousines, take it up a notch to the limousine party bus, featuring perimeter seating that holds up to 30!
2- Check Availability
Once you have narrowed down your passenger count and determined the right fit and style for your event, check the date on our website to make sure the vehicle is still available. You can check availability for each vehicle on their respective pages (click the links above and they will take you to the right place). You can also view 3D virtual tours of each vehicle! Note, though, that these vehicles can be booked at any time by anyone! So, if you are sure you know what you need- book it. If you’re unsure, note that there is a non-refundable deposit for the limousines, so you should wait until you’re certain.
And, did we mention… Saturdays between the months of April and October FILL. UP. FAST. In fact, since we have rescheduled so many weddings from 2020 to 2021, even Sundays are filling up. Spring through the fall months is our prime wedding season, which also competes with proms and other dances (we hope to resume soon!). So, don’t hesitate to book when you make your decision.
3-Book & Relax
Once you book & reserve the date with your deposit, we will take it from there. No need to worry about confirming- we will charge the full amount due approximately 30 days before your event, and coordinate any details at that time. The vehicles will arrive pristinely detailed, fully sanitized, and stocked with ice and bottled water. We will follow your itinerary as you provide it during your wedding planning adventures.
